Shot on location, the video features real visitors and the Irwin family, highlighting the zoo’s hands-on experiences and legacy. Our team combined cinematic visuals, emotive music, and storytelling to craft a national campaign that celebrates Australia’s most iconic zoo.
To bring Australia Zoo’s message to life, we worked closely with their marketing team to develop a narrative that focused on the thrill and emotional connection of visiting the zoo. Pre-production involved site visits to map out key shooting areas, coordinate with staff, and plan for wildlife-safe filming procedures. Casting included real families and featured talent from the Irwin family, adding authenticity and emotional weight to the piece.
Filmed across multiple days at Australia Zoo in Beerwah, QLD, our crew captured a wide range of moments—from tiger feedings and crocodile shows to quiet, candid family interactions. Using drones, gimbals, and natural light, we crafted sweeping visuals and intimate close-ups that conveyed the vibrancy and excitement of the zoo experience. Working in a live environment with animals and visitors required flexibility, precision, and respect for the zoo’s daily operations.
The final TVC is a heartfelt, high-impact tourism piece that ran nationally across broadcast and digital platforms.
